Hello! It's Me and my old 5 day twist out that has consumed my entire head.

The Process

I applied HECC throughout my hair and detangled with my fingertips and followed with my tangle teezer.  After detangling, I rinsed and applied Miracle 7 deep conditioner from roots to tip.  Also, I applied Aubrey Organics GPB to the ends of my hair only (protein helps fight breakage so I apply a monthly protein conditioner on my ends to help preserve them).  I covered my hair with a shower cap and deep conditioned with heat for 15 mins. Next, I massaged my scalp for about a minute and rinsed out the conditioners with cool water.

For styling, I applied Coconut Oil as a leave in.  Next, I parted my hair diagonally around my whole head and flat twisted each section.  I sprayed water and applied Shea Moisture Curling Buttercream to each section before flat twisting.  I made sure that my ends were smooth by combing through them at least once before completely twisting each section.

I air dried overnight, unraveled, and fluffed the next morning.

    1. Lol thank you and I love how long and pretty your hair is. You make protective styles look effortless! That twist out you see is a result of shea moisture, constant humidity and frizz but I still rock it when it gets that big. Thanks for the kind comment.
